The Saturday before Easter, we headed over to Grandma and Grandpa Jackson's house to dye some Easter eggs. The Easter egg project wasn't quite ready when we got there so the boys headed outside to drive the lawn mower. That's right, Ryan decided Tyler was old enough to drive the lawn mower all by himself. And Ty did awesome. What Ryan didn't count on was that Chase was going to want to do it too....
Yep, Chase got to do it by himself too. Don't worry Ryan was close by so that he could jump on and help Chase steer if Chase by chance headed toward a steep decline or the road. :) Chase was soooo happy though he couldn't stop smiling
Chase also decided to shoot some geese with his pop gun. This has been a recent tradition/game at Grandma and Grandpa Jacksons and the boys really enjoy it. The toy/imaginary gun, Chase is holding, makes a cool popping noise, so Chase really feels like he shooting those geese. Unfortunately for Chase, the geese don't generally come out till much later.
POP!!!
Chase just chilling, while waiting for the uncooperative geese...
When we headed back inside, we had to get the boys into different clothes so they wouldn't ruin their good clothes, while dyeing the eggs. This is what Shauna came up with...
The future faces of Blaser. :) Well, not if Tyler has anything to say about, he thinks he is going to be a policeman. I am working on changing is mind about that. I would like him to be a Doctor or Lawyer. :)
Let the fun begin...
Let the fun begin...
Chase and Ty are my clean little boys for the most part so they kept showing me their mult-colored fingers. So funny.
Grandma Jackson also made yummy easter egg shaped sugar cookies for the boys to frost and decorate. Chase, of course, choose green frosting(his new favorite color).

What cute, cute pictures. I think my favorite would be the "Blaser Boys" -- but I love them all. The riding on the tractor looked like it was soooooooo much fun. Hopefully, I will get my Easter pics up soon!
You tell the story so much better than I. It was fun.
Those cookies look so good, especially with your photography! :) Glad you're back on bloggerland!!
Those pictures were amazing. Eric really liked the one with the egg in the blue coloring. Wow. Also, we loved that intense look on Chase's face as he was getting ready to shoot that gun, so serious. You make us miss home!
Those were adorable pics Kate...really vibrant colors! The boys looked like they had a beautiful Easter! Missed seeing them for long... I'm with Eric & Jill... Chase's intense face and the blue died egg... really cool!
