This year we headed to Ryan's parents house for Christmas. All of Ryan's siblings and their spouses were there except for April and fam, who we missed a ton!!! This is a picture of Shauna's holly tree after Santa came on Christmas morning. I, of course, couldn't sleep and was up at 5:30 am, waiting for my kids to wake up. I guess some things never change. :)
I LOVE these cute little chairs that the Jackson's have for the grandkids. It was the perfect place to put their stockings. :)
Tyler got a huge remote control car, a race track, and workmen crew, etc. :) Santa also brought the boys Hungry Hungry Hippos. I LOVED this game as a kid. :)
Chase had a really GREAT Christmas. He was able to open his gifts by himself and he LOVED his planes and army guys. :)
In the afternoon, we headed over to my parents house for Christmas dinner and more presents. They got the Wii for Christmas and we had a blast playing each other. I am getting better at tennis and will soon be able to play more competitively with Ryan. :) He picked it up far too quickly. Chase got this cool plasma car from Grandma and Grandpa Fink. Chase was a little intimidated and wasn't sure about it so we all took turns showing him how fun it was to ride. :)
Tyler loved it, and so did the missionaries that we had over for Christmas dinner.
I had to give it a try too...
We are so thankful to live near family. We love being around family during Christmas. Spending time with family is definitely what we look forward to most about this time of year!!!! :)

What a haul... I mean tree!! Very beautiful. That looked like a fun toy! Where are the ones of the boys outside chasing themselves down with the remote control car? hehe! Hi-LAR-ious! As usual great pics... I love Chase's p.j.'s (I think I said that before, but it's worth saying again)... he looks SO CUTE!!

Loved seeing the pics of you and Tyler on the Plasma Car and yes, it is wonderful to have our entire family so close to home. We love to spend time with family especially for the Holidays!
It was great seeing you and the boys for Christmas. The house feels so empty with everyone gone.

I was wondering if I had done the post in my sleep/ We LOVED having you here, I enjoyed the boys, been going thru withdrawls. I miss seeing Chase on the table sliding back and forth and Ty wanting to play "Chase me". What great memories, so glad you have fantastic pictures to remember it by.
